Sherrida Burrus Scholarship Form

Mission Statement: “To fund real estate scholarships to eligible, deserving students”

Applicant Criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Applicants must be a high school graduate (minimum 2.5 weighted GPA) or high school graduate equivalent and attend A- Pass Weikel Institute Real Estate School to be eligible.
  • Scholarship awardees are required to complete all real estate courses within 3 months of receiving award.
  • Awardee shall pay HALF of their total tuition when they initiate coursework. Upon course completion, the balance and reimbursement of their initial payment shall be paid by NAREB Louisville.
  • Upon licensing, recipients should join NAREB and interview with at least 2 NAREB Louisville Brokers.
