Sherrida Burrus Scholarship Form

Mission Statement: “To fund real estate scholarships to eligible, deserving students”

Applicant Criteria:

Must be at least 18 years old
Applicants must be a high school graduate (minimum 2.5 weighted GPA) or high school graduate equivalent and attend A- Pass Weikel Institute Real Estate School to be eligible.
Scholarship awardees are required to complete all real estate courses within 3 months of receiving award.
Awardee shall pay HALF of their total tuition when they initiate coursework. Upon course completion, the balance and reimbursement of their initial payment shall be paid by NAREB Louisville.
Upon licensing, recipients should join NAREB and interview with at least 2 NAREB Louisville Brokers.
